About Hypie Funerals Grocery Policy
Hypie Funerals Grocery Policy is a product launched in 2023 by Laydena (Pty) Ltd. We realised that
due to our extensive knowledge within the grocery distribution industry we can introduce a
product that will cater to our clients who are bereaved. This is ‘’the people’s product’’;
clients will get to bury their loved ones with dignity and will be relieved of the burden of
having to stress on how they will provide food to those that have come to support them
during trying times. Product specification has been structured such that the client gets
“more for less”.

Murangi Tsanwani
The chief executive officer (CEO)
A youth driven with the passion to make the world a convenient and better place to live in. Murangi has over the years acquired extensive entrepreneurship knowledge and managed to build Laydena (Pty) Ltd from scratch to a company generating millions in revenue. He is currently completing his Bcom economics & Logistics degree.
Divhambele Rambuwane
Financial officer
founder and a director of DinR Tax and Accounting, he has over 9 years working experience in Accounting and taxation. Divhambele was an Accountant in eMinH tax and Accounting and before that he was a junior accountant is Harvest Group. He holds a Bachelor of commerce in Accounting(2014) ULand a Diploma in tax (2020) Tax Faculty.
Mahuwa Mudanabula
Quality and Operations manager:
Bsc Molecular and Life sciences, Btech Pharmaceutical sciences graduate Miss Mahuwa has managed to over the years ensure that Laydena (Pty) Ltd provides quality products and services to its clients.
Avhashoni Portia Tsanwani
Client relations manager:
A masters in public management graduate from the university of Venda. Mrs Portia Tsanwani has over 20 years experience in a managerial position. She has over the years managed to transform Laydena (Pty) Ltd into a company that prioritizes better client relations.
